I admire the density of this Echézeaux - not the most nuanced one produced in 2017, but it has plenty of substance and aging potential. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, firm and expansive, with a broad, open-knit profile. While the wine was quite structural when I tasted it, I suspect it will flesh out by the time it's bottled.
