Barolo is renowned as "the king of wines" and "the wine of the kings".
Its characters continue to dominate the world of wine and fascinate the new generations with the same mechanisms of the past.
It is a recognized wine with a controlled and guaranteed designation of origin.

Origin: Barolo is born on the sunniest hills of the southwestern countries of Alba, in the Langhe on the right of the Tanaro River.

The vine: the variety of vines is that of Nebbiolo, a vine of early germination and late ripening of the bunches.

The characters: the color is intense red, charming and beautiful to see; The scent is rich and exuberant, with hints of berries, cocoa and spices; The flavor is full, warm and persistent, able to re-emphasize the same perfume fragrances.

Aging: 36 months of which at least 24 in oak barrels.

At table: it prefers dishes of good sapidity and texture, especially red meat, braised, stewed or cooked dishes. Also agreeable with cheeses with seasoned and spicy cheeses. Do not underestimate the possibilities of more contemporary combinations with appetizers and first well-tasted dishes or with biscuits cooked in bain-marie and dry pastries.

Serving temperature: around 18 ° C
