TASTING NOTES: This is a deep, dark, intense wine full of black fruit aromas, baking spices and espresso. On the palate it exhibits flavors of blackberry compote, licorice and mocha. It is full bodied and has creamy, round textures that give it a long, lingering finish.

AGING: Fermented in closed top stainless steel tanks. Aged 16 months in 27% new French oak and 4% new American oak.
