About The Wine:
That which flows from the heart is filled with the nuance and warmth of its place of origin. Budeguer Cuatro Mil is a tribute to the place we are from and to the land we chose for our legacy of tradition made into wine. With careful selection of grapes our wines are crafted to preserve essence and identity while enhancing colors, aromas and flavors.
Aromas of raspberry, blackberry, green herbs and tar set up a blocky, jammy, chunky palate. Plum, raspberry, currant, pepper and oaky flavors are grainy and spicy, while a woody finish tastes resiny, chocolaty and toasty.
About The Region:
Mendoza is by far the largest wine region in Argentina. Located on a high-altitude plateau at the edge of the Andes Mountains, the province is responsible for roughly 70 percent of the country's annual wine production. The province lies on the western edge of Argentina, across the Andes Mountains from Chile. While the province is large (it covers a similar area to the state of New York), its viticultural land is clustered mainly in the northern part, just south of Mendoza City.
