About The Wine: This is lip-smacking, flinty, bold personality Albariño. Grown organically in Rias Baixas on the western coast of Spain, the Attis Xion is a benchmark example of this sassy, zippy grape variety and shows intense passion fruit, lime, lemongrass and gooseberry flavors. Lush and beautifully textured, this wine spent 3 months on its lees, which brings lovely creaminess and body to the mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes: Chunky aromas of apple cider, pineapple, pine and juniper are challenging. This feels juicy, with sharp acidity. Nectarine is the lead flavor, while apple and pithy bitterness push the finish.
