Gibbs 2014 Three Clones Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of a superb growing year in Napa Valley. Consistently warm weather with few heat spikes and little threat of rain during harvest allowed us to pick at optimal ripeness to balance tannins, sugar levels, and flavor.

Three Clones Cabernet Sauvignon owes its name to the three Cabernet clones grown on the estate, 6 | 15 | 337, that create the base for this delicious wine. Each clone adds unique character and complexity to the blend. Upon opening, you are greeted by mouthwatering aromas of ripe black cherries and the tantalizing dusty smell of French oak. A delicious, textured mid-palate of plum and dark fruits sprinkled with black pepper meets soft, sizable tannins for a smooth and silky finish.
