Steven and Emma Raidis introduced Pinot Gris to their Coonawarra property on a hunch that this predominantly red grape region would work well for the variety, and you know what? They were right. As the _Cheeky Goats_ roam amongst the vines, the Pinot Gris is left to hang just a little longer than usual allowing the natural pink blush to come over the fruit. With a little extended skin contact in the winery post-picking, the result is this beautiful salmon coloured Gris which packs a lot of flavour and charm.
