📍 Legal Compliance & Title Transfer

Title to and ownership of all wine passes from MyWinePlus.com to the purchaser in the state of California.
The purchaser acknowledges that they are buying wine in California and that all transactions are governed by California laws and regulations.

When you place an order with us and request shipment to your home state, MyWinePlus.com is acting solely as your agent in arranging the transportation of the wine. By doing so, you represent that:

  • You are acting in compliance with your local and state laws
  • You are 21 years of age or older
  • You have obtained any necessary permits or permissions
  • You are legally allowed to purchase, receive, and possess alcohol in the quantities ordered

By using our site and services, you confirm that you meet these legal requirements and authorize MyWinePlus.com to act on your behalf for the purposes of shipping and delivery.

⚠️ Shipping Limitations by State

We currently do not offer Express or direct FedEx/UPS service to the following states:

  • Texas
  • Illinois
  • Rhode Island
  • New Jersey

For these states, orders ship once per week via consolidated carriers, and typically take up to three weeks to arrive. We recommend planning ahead for time-sensitive deliveries in these regions.

📦 Failed Deliveries & Return Shipping Charges

Please ensure that someone 21 years or older is available to sign for your wine delivery.

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping fee and return shipping costs from the total refund issued to you.

To avoid delays or returns:

  • Consider shipping to a business address
  • Use tracking links provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contact us if you need to hold the shipment due to travel or weather

A lawyer by training, Stepan had a passion for wine and started the wine importation and distribution company in 2005 which became myWine+, a Los Angeles based online retailer of
