- 12 bottles or more: Free shipping
- Curated 6- and 12-bottle wine packs: Always ship free, regardless of order size or location

🚚 Typical Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. The following are typical transit estimates after your order has shipped:
- California: 1–3 business days
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Midwest: 3–5 business days
- East Coast: 7 - 12 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal shipping volumes.
Orders shipped through consolidated carriers to restricted states may require longer transit times.
🌡 Temperature Protection & Weather Holds
Wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold. To ensure your wine arrives in excellent condition, MyWinePlus.com may delay shipments during periods of extreme weather.
During hot summer months or freezing winter conditions, we may place orders on temporary weather hold until safe shipping conditions return.
If you prefer immediate shipment despite weather risks, you may contact us to release the shipment. In such cases, the customer assumes responsibility for potential heat or cold damage during transit.
📦 Adult Signature Requirement
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Please ensure that someone 21 years of age or older is available to receive and sign for your shipment. Carriers are legally required to verify age and cannot leave wine deliveries unattended.
For convenience, many customers choose to ship wine orders to a business address where someone can sign during business hours.
⚠️ Shipping Limitations by State
Due to certain state shipping regulations, we currently do not offer Express or direct FedEx/UPS service to the following states:

- Illinois
- Rhode Island
- New Jersey
Orders to these states ship once per week through consolidated carriers and may take up to three weeks for delivery.

Title to and ownership of all wine passes from MyWinePlus.com to the purchaser in the state of California.
The purchaser acknowledges that the wine is being purchased in California and that all transactions are governed by California laws and regulations.
When you place an order and request shipment to your home state, MyWinePlus.com acts solely as your agent in arranging transportation of the wine.

- You have obtained any required permits or permissions
- You are legally allowed to receive and possess alcohol in the quantities ordered

📦 Failed Deliveries & Return Shipping Charges
Please ensure that someone 21 years or older is available to sign for your wine delivery.
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost and return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
To help avoid delays or returns:

- Monitor the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contact us if you need to delay shipment due to travel or weather
📦 When Orders Ship
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
