1. Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery? What if I'm not home?
Yes. An adult age 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
If no one is available, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts. For your convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address where someone can sign during business hours.
2. How does MyWinePlus.com ship my wine order?
We use a combination of UPS, FedEx, and other trusted national and regional carriers, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
3. Are there any restrictions on where you can ship?
Yes. We cannot ship alcohol to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to legal restrictions. For faster and more reliable delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address where someone over 21 can sign.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive in 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule. You’ll receive tracking information once your shipment is on its way. Deliveries to Texas, New Jersey and Illinois can take up to three weeks.
5. Do you ship year-round?
Yes, we ship year-round. However, we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
During extreme weather conditions (e.g., heat waves or freezing temperatures), we may temporarily delay shipments to protect wine quality and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
6. What if there’s an issue with my wine (e.g., broken bottle or damage in transit)?
If something is wrong with your order, please email or call us right away.
If there is visible carrier damage at delivery, let the driver know and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
7. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where legal. Some restrictions apply based on individual state alcohol laws.
8. Can you hold my order for future shipment?
Yes. Upon request, we can hold your order for up to 90 days in our climate-controlled warehouse at no charge. Need more time? We’ll extend the hold for an additional 90 days at no cost — just let us know.
