This is an amber/orange/skin contact wine.

The wine-making process involves pressing the grapes and then pouring the juice, grape skins, stalks and pips into the Qvevri (Amphora-like vessel that is buried in the ground). Fermentation process is done inside the Qvevri. After malolactic fermentation is done, the wine is aged for a period of 4-6 months. Fermentation with the skin gives this wine Amber color.
