Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain is the signature non-vintage cuvée of Maison Henriot, one of Champagne's most respected family-owned houses, founded in Reims in 1808. Crafted in a refined, Chardonnay-driven style, this elegant Brut Champagne showcases remarkable freshness, complexity, and balance while reflecting the timeless craftsmanship that has defined Henriot for over two centuries.

The current release is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Meunier, sourced from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards throughout Champagne. More than three years of lees aging, the inclusion of carefully selected reserve wines, and a low Brut dosage of under 5 g/L create exceptional depth while preserving the wine's vibrant energy and precision.

Brilliant pale gold with a persistent stream of fine bubbles, Brut Souverain opens with inviting aromas of crisp pear, white peach, apple blossom, lemon zest, brioche, fresh sourdough, toasted hazelnut, and delicate chalk. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, offering flavors of orchard fruit, lemon curd, baked pastry, candied ginger, oyster shell, and subtle smoke. Fine mousse, bright acidity, and pronounced mineral freshness lead to a long, elegant finish.

Equally suited for celebrations, aperitifs, or pairing with seafood and refined cuisine, Henriot Brut Souverain represents one of Champagne's finest values, combining precision, elegance, and outstanding consistency.
