A wine from exclusively biodynamic viticulture, with interventions in harmony with the vineyard always reduced to a minimum. Barbianca is made with a mix of white-grape varieties. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks; ages for at least 6 months in the same fermentation containers, and it is bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbabianca is synonymous with “beva” (which means “easy drink”). The ideal wine for aperitifs and fish-based dinners shared with friends. To pair with gratinated scallops or a plate of pasta with savory sardine-sauce. Ingredients: grapes and terroir. As simple as it is good.
