Wine Profile - Dark red fruit on the nose, dense, concentrated, pure fruit driven with woven spices and minerality on the long and winding finish

Palate Impressions - A supple palate of dark berries, dark plums, fig, tobacco, a streak of licorice right down the middle. Crushed gravel lift in the mid palate plays off the natural acidity, leading to spectacular tannin management. The Elysian bottling has a slight sweetness and a seemingly never-ending skyscraper finish as its grand finale.

This well-draining site with valley floor depth consistently produces powerful, concentrated wines with a gravely grip and hints of anise and plush classic Cabernet red fruit.
