Designed for elegance, nuance and cellar‑worthy depths, this Magnum format encapsulates the estate’s hallmark cool‑climate acidity, site‑defined minerality and refined structure.

On the nose, the wine greets you with fresh red currant, wild strawberry and rose petal, layered with delicate notes of dried fruit, fennel seed, clove and nutmeg. The profile is bright yet composed, showing both immediate appeal and underlying complexity. 

On the palate, this Southing is beautifully balanced: crisp acidity underscores the mid‑palate, while fine tannins frame the wine without overshadowing fruit or finesse. Flavors of rainier cherry, tart cranberry, savory herbal spice and subtle juniper linger, concluding with a long finish marked by sea‑breezy minerality and gentle oak seasoning
