If the Cain Five is unique, and different in both aroma and flavor, this can only be due to the Cain Vineyard, which is both stunning and peculiar and gives life to this wine. Cain Five is a blend of five classic grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. It exemplifies the benefits of blending to create a complex wine. It has a substantial, robust structure with a lengthy, subtle finish that is smooth and rich in texture.
