This sparkling wine has a light yellow color with delicate and elegant bubbles, displaying citric and fresh aromas with some notes of toasted bread. The intense acidity makes it fresh and easy to drink.

Origin: Armavir Region, Republic of Armenia

Harvest date: Beginning of August 2013. Hand harvested.

Blend Information: Colombard, Folle Blanche and Kangun.

Climate: Continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.

Soil: stony heavy soil of volcanic origin.

Vinification: Hand harvested grapes are pressed. After a cool 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for 20 days. The second fermentation is carried out in special pressure tanks for 30 days.

Serving suggestions: Pairs well with appetizers, seafood, sushi and fruit desserts.
