The 2009 MX "Angus & Arlye" Cabernet Sauvignon was hand-crafted from a favorite Cabernet clone located in the "filet mignon" of the To Kalon vineyard. Bordeaux-esque with its pencil lead, cigar box, and whisp-of-smoke nose. Red and black fruits, fine grained tannins, fulsome body, and a smooth, long-lasting finish. Drink now or over the next two decades. Pair with the usual Cab cuisine.
